How long does an order take?
Your order will take between 2-3 weeks to arrive. For an estimate, check the Shipping & Returns tab on the product information page, which will have the latest delivery estimation.
How much does it cost to ship?
Shipping is 100% free.
Do you offer expedited shipping on orders?
Unfortunately, due to the fact that orders are made to order, we do not offer expedited shipping at this time. Please contact for special exceptions.
How do I track my order?
You will be emailed a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order is done with construction and goes out.  In the meantime, you can check your order status on the Order History & Tracking tab in your account. 
How do I cancel an order?
Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Open the Order History & Tracking page on your account tab to select the order for cancellation. Need help? Contact us at
What if I have a question regarding my order?

Can I change the fabric/color/a variable on an item I just ordered?
Depending on what stage of the construction process your garment is in, you may be able to make changes. For modification options please contact with any further inquiries.
What I do not receive my order?
Please allow the carrier 24 hours after the item is marked delivered to receive your item. If you do not receive your item after this timeframe and you have checked with neighbors and surrounding areas, please contact so we may investigate the matter for you.
What carrier does frilly use?
To ensure your items reach you as quickly and efficiently as possible, we use FedEx on all orders.
